Is the newsletter subscription free?
Yes, subscribing to our newsletter is absolutely free and does not involve any purchase obligation. It offers you the possibility to be always updated on promotions, on the launch of new products, on the whole ARTigyani world
How can I change the newsletter settings or unsubscribe?
You can also make changes via the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter. After unsubscription, you will not be updated on our exclusive promotions. For doubts and assistance, write to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it
What do I do if I forget my password?
No problem: choose the option “Forgot your password?” From the Login window. You will receive by email the link to safely set the new password of your account (if you do not receive our email immediately, check the Promotions tab of your mailbox). How are my data processed?
ARTigyani attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and the need to treat them according to the strictest Italian legislative requirements (Legislative Decree No. 196/03). 2. ORDERS, COUPONS AND SHIPMENTS

2.1 MANAGEMENT OF ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How can I place an order on ARTigyani?
Ordering on ARTigyani is a matter of few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, access the shopping cart through the icon at the top right, review the items you have added and click on the “Proceed to purchase” button. Do not worry: you can still modify the products included or change your mind until the end of the purchase process. To continue with the order you need some data, including the shipping address and, if you want to invoice, the tax code or VAT: make sure you have everything at your fingertips. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. Remember that in this second case, you will not be able to redeem any discount coupons in your possession or select the method of payment by bank transfer. After specifying your details and inserting any coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and the SecureCode code, if required by your bank. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected bank transfer mode, you will be sent a second email with payment details (if you do not receive our email immediately, check the Promotions tab of your mailbox).
How can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will not be able to change it: this is why we advise you to carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, write to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it. Remember that the cancellation can not be made if the order has already been sent: in this case you will have to activate the return procedure.
What are the payment methods available?
You can pay your order with – credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – prepaid card – bank transfer * – PayPal In case of payment by credit card, we advise you to have ready the SecureCode code provided by your bank to speed up your purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, you will receive all the information in a specific email, in which you will be asked to send a copy of the payment slip to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it.
How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice for your order, select the “I want to invoice” box on the data entry page, before payment. Fill in the appropriate field by entering your tax code or VAT and then proceed to the selection of the payment method. Remember that you will not be able to request an invoice once the payment is made and order is completed. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after the order has been delivered.
How can I use a discount coupon?
The discount coupon is a unique code that can be used only once, on a single order. To enter the code and get the discount, you must already be registered to our site or proceed with the purchase as “New customer”. In fact, checking out without registering will not allow you to use your coupon. Also remember that coupons can not be combined with each other.
What is the validity of a coupon?
Coupons may be subject to date and / or product category and / or minimum order restrictions based on the promotion for which they are activated. These conditions are always reported in terms of the specific promotion.

2.2 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How much is shipping?
Shipments are free in Italy for orders over € 150. Below € 150, the shipping cost will start from € 8.90 and will vary depending on the volume of the order and the destination area. Depending on commercial conditions and the bulkiness of the order, a delivery fee may also be envisaged for orders over € 150. How many time takes my order to be shipped?
The shipping times of an order depend on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. In the tab of each product, as well as during the checkout of the order, you can find an estimate of the relative delivery times. Some products may be put into production specifically for your order, so delivery times will be determined by the manufacturer. The products marked with the words “” Prompt Delivery “” are available in stock: in this case the order will normally be processed in the following 72h. We remind you that the bank transfer requires 48 hours of additional verification. If your order includes items with different delivery times, a single shipment will be carried out, whose processing times will be shown in the checkout before payment. To shorten waiting times, we advise you, where possible, to make separate orders, combining products with similar delivery times. If your order includes items that require special attention during transport, we will contact specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary from the standard times indicated. We will take care of the best possible service and activate a direct line between you and the courier who will deliver. ARTigyani undertakes to respect the estimated delivery times and communicate on the site. Who is responsible for shipping my package?
Your order will be processed directly by the seller and delivered via the best couriers available on the market, who will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order will be entrusted to them. In the case of shipments that require special attention during transport, specialized couriers will be used, who will make a telephone notification service to agree with you on delivery.
When do you activate delivery to the floor?
The plan delivery option is only available for some orders and will be offered to you at checkout as an alternative to standard delivery. This type of solution provides for an increase in shipping costs. A specialized delivery service will call you to make an appointment and will deliver the order to your entry plan. Remember that the service can only be carried out under ideal conditions of practicability, so always check and make sure that the accesses to the floor respect these conditions (ramps of stairs and entrance doors sufficiently wide). Can I request an expedition outside of Italy?
Of course, ARTigyani ships all over the world. Indicate the destination country during the purchase process, or send a request to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it indicating the destination area and we will give you all the information you need. Remember that some international shipments provide for the payment of customs fees, which will be at your charge. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it
What should I do when I place my order?
We advise you to always check your order at the time of delivery. Verify that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note, also checks the integrity of the packaging and the presence of signs of break-ins or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the contents. In case of anomalies, indicate the wording “Acceptance with reservation” on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of signature and write to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it reporting the details of the delivery. We remind you that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and make a claim. In fact, beyond this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.

3. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

How can I contact you for assistance with products?
If you have any doubts or need assistance regarding the products purchased, please contact our Customer Service department by writing to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it. If you want a phone contact, specify it in the email by entering your contacts: we will call you back as soon as possible.
How can I make a return or a replacement and in what time?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your charge and you will have to proceed with a new order. The items you wish to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and packaged. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. In case it is not possible, use an equally safe protective box. In case of a different or faulty product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service department by writing to assistenzaclienti@artigyani.it within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order. We will arrange the pick-up with our courier and give you all the information. In this case, ARTigyani will reimburse the cost of the item and will bear the shipping costs. Both in case of voluntary return or return due to defect or discrepancy, remember to include in the package a copy of the transport document, which will be sent to you by email from our Customer Service and where you will have to highlight the returned products and the reason for the made. ”
How is the refund?
The return of one or more products involves a full refund of the cost of the item (s), excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective or different product, ARTigyani will bear all shipping costs. The refund will be made by crediting the payment method you used during the purchase. We will refund you once confirmed the arrival of the package to our warehouse.

4. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

How does the "Free Shipping" promotion work?
Shipments are normally free in Italy for all orders over € 150 and have a cost of € 8.90 for those below € 150.

ARTigyani reserves, at certain times of the year, to activate the special promotion “Free Shipping”, with which we will bear the shipping costs in Italy of all orders, even those below 150 €. Remember, however, that this type of promotion does not apply to bulky or off-standard orders.

How does the "Free Shipping" promotion work on a specific brand?
The promotion applies only on the products of the brand involved and only on shipments to Italy. If your purchase includes only products of the brand involved in the promotion, the shipping costs will be 0 € at checkout. If your cart also includes products from other brands, the calculation of transport costs will be made only on the latter.

5. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

I have technical problems on the site, what can I do?
We want all our customers to have a great shopping experience, but we know that sometimes something can happen. First, make sure that your operating system (Windows 10, Mac OS X, etc.) or your smartphone have the latest updates available.
