How can I place an order on ARTigyani?
Ordering on ARTigyani is a matter of few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, access the shopping cart through the icon at the top right, review the items you have added and click on the “Proceed to purchase” button. Do not worry: you can still modify the products included or change your mind until the end of the purchase process. To continue with the order you need some data, including the shipping address and, if you want to invoice, the tax code or VAT: make sure you have everything at your fingertips. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. Remember that in this second case, you will not be able to redeem any discount coupons in your possession or select the method of payment by bank transfer. After specifying your details and inserting any coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and the SecureCode code, if required by your bank. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, your order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email. How can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will not be able to change it: this is why we advise you to carefully review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment. How can I request an invoice?

How can I use a discount coupon?
The discount coupon is a unique code that can be used only once, on a single order. To enter the code and get the discount, you must already be registered to our site or proceed with the purchase as “New customer”. In fact, checking out without registering will not allow you to use your coupon. Also remember that coupons can not be combined with each other.
What is the validity of a coupon?

Who is responsible for shipping my package?

How is the refund?
