By using the ARTigyani Dispute System, you are aware that during the procedures used in dispute resolution, ARTigyani may need to use your personal information in order to resolve disputes open with other users. You can start a dispute in the following cases:

Delivery failure
Failure to deliver occurs when a buyer places an order and sends the payment, but the seller does not ship the item or send the item to the correct address. The following are examples of non-delivery cases:

  1. The article has never been sent.
  2. The article was not sent to the address provided by ARTigyani.
  3. There is no proof of shipping the item to the buyer’s address.

Non-compliance
An article does not conform to its description if it is substantially different from the photos or description in the seller’s listing. Some examples of non-compliance:

If ARTigyani determines that a given article does not correspond to the description that has been made, the seller will be asked to reimburse the original shipping costs as well as the shipping costs necessary for the return of the item, in addition to the cost of the item itself. Should ARTigyani be in a position to reimburse the cost of shipping for the return of the item on behalf of the seller, such refund could be returned in the form of a Credit.
